We accept exchanges or provide store credit for unopened braiding hair and crochet hair within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt.

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

All eligible exchanges are subject to approval by management. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
